Qual points will be
the way of scoring for 3 rounds, it works differently with 2 rounds of
qualifying, but it will still be qual points. The way it works is this....If you
TQ the first round, you will get 0 qual points. If I then run the fastest time
for the 2nd round, I will also have 0 qual points....the tie breaker will be
determined by your other run. For instance if I broke in the first round, and
finished 50th place in qualifying, and you had a decent 2nd round of 3rd
fastest, you would be the TQ....
All of the Factory Tracks rules are subject to change without notice and are at the sole discretion of the event officials. Additionally, we DO NOT want to turn the series into a "rule nightmare" the intent of the series is to have fun and be competitive! So please do your part and don?t stretch the rules.
The general rules will
be covered at the driver?s meeting before each event.
