The entries fees will be just $20 for the first class and $15 for the second

2. Personal Transonders (AMB) are required, we will rent them for $10 per day.  And for your convenience, we will be printing Lap times every 10 minutes during practice hours. This is an awesome feature if you guys have not seen this before, it is a HUGE bonus during practice.

3. Practice hours will be open on the Preceding Friday at 10am-9pm and 8am - 9:30am on Saturdays at ALL Factory Tracks races.

4. Super Stock classes will have a 13.5 motor limit

5. Absolutely no Factory chassis sponsored drivers in Super Stock classes.

6. All races will have a qualifying points style of scoring.

7. 3 rounds of qualifying at all races, unless there are more than 15 heats. If we exceed 15 heats, we will be forced to run just two qualifying rounds.

9. We are taking information if you think you are going to make it out to the series, we are building our driver database to keep raceday signups, faster and more efficient. You can send your information and be added to the database - ftrhobby@yahoo.com

Qual points will be the way of scoring for 3 rounds, it works differently with 2 rounds of qualifying, but it will still be qual points. The way it works is this....If you TQ the first round, you will get 0 qual points. If I then run the fastest time for the 2nd round, I will also have 0 qual points....the tie breaker will be determined by your other run. For instance if I broke in the first round, and finished 50th place in qualifying, and you had a decent 2nd round of 3rd fastest, you would be the TQ....

NOTE:

All of the Factory Tracks rules are subject to change without notice and are at the sole discretion of the event officials. Additionally, we DO NOT want to turn the series into a "rule nightmare" the intent of the series is to have fun and be competitive! So please do your part and don?t stretch the rules.

General Rules

The general rules will be covered at the driver?s meeting before each event.
Below are guidelines for the classes run at the Factory Tracks Electric Series.

We would like to keep the relaxed atmosphere at the Series and do not want to have to hire a tech person or issue "handout" motors as it would force us to raise entry fees and add cost for the motors.

NOVICE

Important!! Please read.

Participants in the Novice class with a qualifying or main time that would be good enough to place them in the A-main in any two events will be moved into the stock class and will not qualify for Novice awards. If an individual is required to move into a Stock class, they will be awarded points that would place them one point less than the lowest total for an equal amount of event. Example: Joe stock racer has participated in three out of three events and has accumulated 300 points and he has the lowest total point in that class for the number of events. The Novice racer that moves into that class will start in that class with 299 points and be eligible for the awards in that class.
